Paul Bradford

The terms set out below are to fairly protect both the consumer and company in the event that participation on a class is not feasible.

We are unable to offer a refund should you (the consumer) decide to cancel or are unable to attend your class at Paul Bradford Cake School (the company).

If you are unable to attend, subject to availability, Paul Bradford Cake School at its sole discretion, will endeavour to transfer the booking to a future class. However, within 4 weeks of the start date of the class, this will only be entertained should a suitable replacement be found.

Transfers will incur a £20 administration fee.

The company reserve the right to cancel a course under certain circumstances. The course will immediately be re-scheduled and a free transfer to the new date offered.

If that date is not convenient and there are no further suitable dates advertised, a credit voucher will be given which can be used anytime within 2 years.

Should the company cancel a course within 4 weeks of the start date, then attendees can reclaim non-refundable expenses paid to that point. Supporting evidence will be required.

COVID-19 – Should any class be cancelled due to government restrictions surrounding COVID-19 or that the tutor or venue fall under self-isolation rules, the company will issue all students with a credit voucher. Any non-refundable expenses can not be claimed under these circumstances.

All students attending a course have a responsibility to their fellow students and tutor, NOT to attend if they have, or suspect that they might have, Covid-19.

Terms of transfer as stated above then apply. However, with supporting evidence a transfer will be facilitated without time restrictions.

Attendees are encouraged to take out insurance if they wish protection over and above the policy guidelines stated above.
